Bill Mackie

Bill Mackie is 69 (24 May 1954) and served with the Royal Navy (1969-70), then with the Royal Corps of Signals (1971-73) finally serving with the Royal Army Pay Corps as a Military Accountant from 1973 - 1982.
He joined Swaggart Ministries in 1988 as Scottish Director, then as U.K. Director, stepping down in 1993 when he returned to Full-Time Education. He graduated from Aberdeen University with a Bachelor of Theology Degree in 1997. In 2005 he received a call asking him to consider rejoining Swaggart Ministries, and was re-ordained by Brother Swaggart at Easter Camp in Baton Rouge 2006. He was until 2010, a self employed Security Consultant running security and anti - terrorism courses, approved and accredited by both the Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA-UK) and the United States Coast Guard (USCG). He was forced into retirement due to ill health.

Following periods of fasting and prayer and a few spells in hospital Bill was drawn to attend a church service in a small Scottish town called Wishaw. The Lord had shown Bill that Wishaw was a place dear to the Lord's heart. Bill and Heather began to visit this small church more regularly, even though it meant getting up at 5.00 am every Sunday and traveling across Scotland just to get to this small church. Bill has over the period of the last few year or so been growing into the Governmental Office of a Prophet and also the Governmental Office of an Apostle. Bill has operated in a Prophetic Ministry for several years.

Since original ordination by Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart back in 1989, Bill has been functioning as a Chaplain to many Groups across Scotland before founding in 2007 the Scottish Veterans Association a Charity formed to help ex Servicemen and women as well as their families. Serving as Chaplain and Secretary, until he stepped down in 2010 to concentrate the next phase of where the Lord was leading him.

Following a series of Prophetic words spoken over both Bill and his wife Heather, were lead by the Lord to team up with Bishop August S. Francis of the Tell Them Outreach Fellowship of Network. Since teaming in 2011, Bill has assisted in building and developing Bishop Francis' dream of an on line Bible School. So it was that on 6th September 2011, that Remnant Church Bible Institute was launched.

Bill is a former member of the following:

Fellow of the Society of Antiquaries (Scotland)
Member of the British Society of Criminology
Member of the Centre for Crime and Justice Studies
Member of the Institute for Learning

In 2020 Bill was appointed a Baron and then in 2021 a Count within the Royal and Imperial House of Rurikovich.
Bill is now an Ambassador of behalf of the House of Rurikovich within Scotland. He is also an Ambassador for the "Global Goodwill Ambassadors Foundation", the "My Body Is My Body" programme, the "White Ribbon" - End Domestic Abuse against women, and an Advocate for the "End Female Genital Mutilation," as well as an Advocate for the United Nations 17 Sustainable Developmental Goals (2030).

In February 2021, Bill became a member of the International Human Rights Commission - Special Monitoring Mission, working under HR&IH Grand Duke Hans Maximus C. L. Rurikovich.

In May 2022, in part due to the publication of his book "Man's Inhumanity to man - why we need the International Human Rights Commission," Bill was appointed a Global Peace Ambassador by the Secretary-General of the International Human Rights Commission, Professor Rafal Marcin Wasik. He was also presented with the IHRC Medal of Honour.

Heather E. M. Mackie

Born in Hampshire, England in 1959, her English father was an Officer in the Royal Navy, her mother was from Edinburgh in Scotland.

Heather went to Saint Peter’s Anglican Convent Boarding School in Horbury, Wakefield, West Yorkshire, England, from 1971 to 1975.  Heather then moved to be with her mother who was by now living and working in Aberdeen.

Heather worked in the Care Industry, firstly with Elderly, then with Adult Mental Handicapped. She also took a course in British Sign Language for the Deaf and began to translate for hearing impaired members of the churches she attended after being saved.

Heather and Bill met at a Faith in Action Conference in Aberdeen hosted by well known U. K. Christian speakers Colin Urquhart, David Pawson and Bob Gordon. Heather actually fainted at Bill’s feet but she had her back too him at the time and her fainting was accredited to the heat that day. (August 1985).

On St. Valentine’s day, 1986, having just failed a fitness test to stay in the Army Reserves, Bill took Heather out to lunch and popped the question.

Bill and Heather were married in Stonehaven, near Aberdeen on 12th. September 1986 and they have three children, Faith born 1988, Aaron Jon (A.J.), born 1991, and Simeon 1993.

Heather still translates for the Deaf and hearing impaired as required, though she uses BSL any time she is singing church. Heather recently published her first book "Granny Mackie's Austerity Handbook, as a means of fund raising.

Heather is also an Ordained Minister in her own right. Firstly through Jimmy Swaggart Ministries and World Evangelism Fellowship, then since 2011 being ordained through Tell Them Outreach Fellowship Network.

In 2020 Heather was made a Dame and then a Baroness within the Royal and Imperial House of Rurikovich.
